I’m an ex-Headteacher with 30 years’ experience in education, including 15 years in senior leadership. I have also worked in Sales and Marketing across both large and small businesses in the building industry and the creative sectors, so I bring a range of experience to my work as a coach. I know how challenging it can be to deal with the pace, the staffing issues, the day-to-day demands and the never-ending pull between what’s urgent and what really matters.
